This policy outlines the terms for withdrawing from any programme offered by the National Institute for Certification & Talent Development (NICTD).
Students must submit a written request (email or letter) including their full name, programme, and reason for withdrawal.
If a student withdraws before the start date, they will not receive a refund of fees but will not owe additional tuition.
No refunds will be issued. Students may still be responsible for outstanding balances.
Exceptions may be considered in serious cases (such as medical emergencies) with proper documentation.
Students who withdraw must reapply and pay all required fees again if they wish to return.
Students who do not complete the programme will not receive certification.
