CEO MESSAGE

    I would like to formally welcome all of our stakeholders to the National Institute for Certification and Talent Development (NICTD).  As you will note from our Mission Statement, NICTD was established with the overall goal of offering specialized programmes for high school graduates who wish to enter the work force as they do not aspire to attain a degree in the immediate future or may otherwise lack the necessary resources to do so.

   Enrollment in NICTD programmes will allow students to gain invaluable applied and marketable skills which directly increases the likelihood of obtaining full-time employment. Additionally, we have also tailored unique courses and programmes for persons who desire a career change and wish to enhance their skill set at their current job.

   You will readily observe that the objective of the majority of our offerings is to produce outcome-based results.  We have also taken the necessary steps to increase programme accessibility to go along with a comprehensive curriculum that guarantees that our graduates are able to perform all job-related tasks as specified in their respective programmes.

   It is also important to note that although our primary goal is to make certain that students successfully complete NICTD’s outcome-based courses, much time is devoted to helping enrollees amplify their soft skills so they are able to confidently demonstrate their proficiency on the job.

  Coupled with their skill-set in their respective professions, it is envisioned that they will be highly effective and efficient employees.  As Chief Executive Officer of NICTD, I invite you to participate in our offerings.
